Anyplex™ II HPV28 Detection simultaneously detects 19 high-risk HPVs and 9 low-risk HPVs using DPO™ technology and melting curve analysis method of TOCE™ technology. 40 of HPV genotype cause infection in the genital area; they are classified as low-risk (HPV6, HPV11, cause of genital warts) and high-risk cause of cervical cancer. HPV16 and HPV18, a high-risk HPV genotype, accounted for more than 70% of the cause that leads to cervical cancer. This product can be used as a screening for an early diagnosis of cervical cancer by detecting the infection and differentiating the gene type of 19 high-risk HPV and 9 low-risk HPV infections accurately.
Anyplex™ II HPV28 Detection has been specifically designed to address this unmet medical need through the simultaneous detection, identification and quantification of 28 HPV distinct genotypes (19 high-risk HPVs and 9 low-risk HPVs) contributing to cervical cancer and/or sexually transmitted infection within 6 hrs. It provides effective result by including internal control which checks the whole process from nucleic acid extraction and PCR.
Features:
Detection and identification of 19 high-risk HPV and 9 low-risk HPV from a single real-time PCR
Multiplex real-time PCR with high sensitivity and specificity due to the utilization of DPO™ and TOCE™ technologies
Quantitative analysis by cyclic-CMTA
Amenable to automated sample handling and assay systems
Application of UDG System to prevent carry-over contamination
Applicable to Whole Process Control
Convenient analysis of results available through Seegene Viewer
